A new function added to MEL to ensure better harmonization between OCS and MEL added patterners. This function is available to some certain MEL roles.

By clicking on “Organize” – “OCS partners”, the OCS registered partner page will open. The page is divided to 4 main sections:

  • Filter by Review Status (1).

  • Filter by Registration date (2).

  • Filter by Register source (3).

  • The main registered partners list, their status and actions (6).

Filter by Review status (1): You can filter the registered partners by their statues:

  • Click on “Not reviewed” (1.1) to view all not reviewed partners.

  • Click on “Approved” (1.2) to view the approved partners only.

  • Click on “Rejected” (1.3) to view the rejected partners.

  • Click on “All” (1.4) to view all the partners.

Filter by Registration date (2):Register start date” (2.1) & “Register End date” (2.2.), to filter the registered partners added during specific period of time.

Filter by Register source (3): To filter the registered partners added by specific organization.

You can set the number of items to be shown by clicking on records and selecting the preferred number (4).

Searching for specific item is possible too by typing the item ID or the title in the search box (5).

The main list of the registered partners, their status and actions (6): It is where the registered partners are listed as per the type of the filter selected. The list contains the following columns:

  • ID (6.1): It shows the ID of the registered partner.

  • Name (6.2): It shows the name of the registered partner.

  • Abbreviation (6.3): It shows the registered partner abbreviation.

  • Partner Type (6.4): It shows the organization type of the registered partner.

  • Website (6.5):It shows the website of the registered partner.

  • Register date (6.6): It shows the partner’s registration date.

  • Register Source (6.7):It shows the organization that registered the partner.

  • OCS ID (6.8):It shows the OCS ID of the registered partner.

  • Status (6.9):It shows the status of the registered partner, whether it is viewed, approved or rejected.

  • Actions (6.10):It consists of the following:

    • View (6.10.1).

    • Accept (6.10.2).

    • Merge (6.10.3).

    • Reject (6.10.4).

View: Click on “View” (6.10.1) to view the registered partner’s details.

Check the submitted information and click on “close”

Based on the information submitted you may accept, merge or reject the registered partner.

Accept: Click on “Accept” (6.10.2) to add a new partner to MEL after confirming that the registered partner does not exist in MEL.

A confirmation message will appear. Click on “Ok” to confirm or “Cancel” to stop the operation.

A confirmation message will appear once the registered partner is accepted in MEL.

Merge: Click on “Merge” (6.10.3), if the registered partner exists in MEL.

To merge the partner

  • Add the registered partner name you want to merge it with the compatible MEL partner in the “Merge with” (a) box.

  • Select the compatible MEL partner name from the dropdown list.

  • Click on “Assign” (b).

A confirmation message will appear. Click on “Ok” to confirm or “Cancel” to stop the operation.

Reject: Click on “Reject” (6.10.4) to reject the registration request.

A new window will open. Explain the reason of rejection (a) and click on “Reject” (b).
