Search Section:

There are two main filters in the search section. Those are:

Stage (1):

• Select “Planned” to show all CapDev activities in planning stage.
• Select “Reported” to show all CapDev activities in Reporting stage.
• Select “both” to show both planned and reported.

Note that the “ ” (3) next to each item gives a brief explanation to that item.

Report stage (2):

Use this filter to search for a CapDev activity according to its reporting status.

For example, if you choose in the stage (1) “planned” you may specify which status of planned CapDev you want to see, which is:

• Ongoing/Draft: To get all the CapDevs that are ongoing or still draft.
• Completed/Final: To get all the CapDevs that are completed or have their reports submitted.
• Canceled: To get all canceled CapDevs.
• All: To get all the CapDevs regardless of their status.
