The project output reporting is accessed from Reporting - Project - Output. To report an output, click on “Overall Output Reporting" (1) button on the top-right of the page. Only the output leader and co-leader can access the overall output reporting, and this can be done once all the planned deliverables for the specific output are reported. 

The overall output reporting page will open where you can submit new report (1) or check the previously submitted ones (2).

Add New :

Click on “Add New” (1) to submit a new output report.

The output reporting page will open.

Fill in the required information: Remember that all the fields with asterisk are mandatory

Report year *(1): Select the output reporting year and specify the reporting period 6 months report /12 months report.

Main Achievements * (2): Describe the output’s main achievements.

OECD Markers Relevance (3): Select the OECD Markers Relevance:

Note that if one of the selected markers is higher than 0, an extra line for the selected one will unfold to be filled

Main Gap Analysis * (4): Add the main gap analysis.

Measures taken and Adjustments proposed * (5): Explain the measures taken and proposed adjustments.

Main Achievements and Challenges related to Partnerships Management * (6): Describe the main achievements and challenges related to partnerships management.

Overall Status of the Output * (7): Specify the output status.

Once done click on “Save as Draft” (8) if you want to save it as draft for later on submission or click on “Submit” (9) to submit the report.

The submitted reports (2) will appear in the output summary report page.

Note that if you are the activity leader you will have a notification that you have pending reports to be approved (1) in the output reporting page. You can approve it by clicking on “Overall output reporting” (2) button and approve the submitted reports as previously mentioned (i).
