The "Output Reporting" section is accessed through the Reporting Dashboard by going through Reporting - CRP - Reporting Dashboard

To proceed with the output reporting, select the requested output and click on "Reporting" as indicated here below

Then click on  "Overall Output Reporting" button on the top-right of the page.

By clicking on "Add new" a pop-up window will open

The “Output Reporting” module is filled by the user providing the following data:

• Main Achievements*
• Main Gap Analysis*
• Measures taken and Adjustments proposed*
• Main Achievements and Challenges related to Partnerships Management*
• Progress*
• Status*

Once the needed information is provided, the user may either:

• Click on  "Save as draft" in case he/she wants to return back and modify the information before the final submittion or
• Cllck on  "Submit the report" to ultimately submit the output report
