Project Capacity Development (CapDev) Report

The Capacity Development Reporting section is accessed by clicking on Reporting → Project.


The project's dashboard opens dividing the projects to 3 categories; ongoing, completed and proposal.


Choose the appropriate category and select the desired project.

The desired project's dashboard will open.


Click on "New Capacity Development Activity" to add unplanned activity and follow up the same steps illustrated in the 

Add New Capacity Development & Knowledge Sharing Activities.



Alternatively, click on "Report" to report a desired Capacity Development Activity.


Note that the CapDev. activity saved as a draft/submitted in the Planning Project CapDev. section cannot be reported.

Once clicking on "Reporting” for a draft/submitted CapDev. activity a notification message will appear.


Only the approved CapDev. activity can be reported.

Proceed by clicking on the reporting icon. 

Report File

When in the project planning CapDev. section the type “Individual degree” is selected, only one of the three available options will be active, which is “report file”.

Click on "Reporting" and select "Report file" option under "Report Completed As". 

Proceed by uploading the file/files related to this specific activity by clicking on "Add New".

Follow up the steps for adding a new file and, once done:

  • Click on "Save a draft" to complete the Capacity development activity reporting module later on.
  • Click on submit to finalize the reporting process.
