Plan of Work and Budget (POWB) Search by activity/project

You can now specify the search metrics for your requested POWB. For example, to see the POWB of the activity “GRiSP-FP2-3. TMEL-TMEL” for ICARDA, follow the steps below:

  • Select the Organization: In this example the organization is ICARDA. Under the “Levels” section you may choose among the listed levels or tick all of them.
  • Under the disaggregation level: Choose in-between CRP, Project or both. It is “both” in this example.
  • Select the CRP: Which is as per our example the “CRP on Rice, the Global Rice Science Partnership”.
  • Select the requested flagship: Which is “Upgrading rice value chains - GRiSP-FP2”.
  • Select the requested cluster: Which is “Improved postharvest systems – GRiSP-FP2-3”.
  • Click on “Get POWB”.

The POWB will be displayed.

To have an overview about the CRP/Project, click on “See Overview”.

You can access the overview pages of the different management levels (flagship project, cluster, activity/products, project) by clicking on the hyperlink “See overview” that appears on each bar. Another page will be displayed with an overview on the CRP/Project.

Clicking on the “arrow” (right side), it is possible to fold/unfold each section.

Each activity is displayed in levels:

  • The first level (1) is the flagship level “Upgrading rice value chains - GRiSP-FP2”.
  • The second level (2) is the cluster level “Improved Postharvest Systems - GRiSP-FP2-3”.
  • The third level (3) is the activity level “GRiSP-FP2-3. TMEL-TMEL”.
  • The fourth level (4) is the output level of the activity “GRiSP-FP2-3. TMEL-TMEL”
  • The fifth level (5) is the training information of the activity “GRiSP-FP2-3. TMEL-TMEL”.

The reporting status is indicated by symbols next to each CRP level.

  • Status: not reported (1): Means that flagship is not reported yet.
  • Status: draft (2): Means that the cluster report was saved as a draft but not submitted yet.
  • The output matching and deliverable mapping (3): On the deliverable level.
  • Policy analysis (4): Refers to the output indicator type
  • Status: not reported (5): Means that the output is not reported yet.

Several explanatory tools are provided with the POWB. One of these is the Deliverable Chart which can be used clicking on the specific button.

Through this, the Deliverable Chart will be displayed providing an overview of deliverable types reported in percentages.

You may export the POWB to Excel by clicking on “Export”.
