CRP Reporting

The main page of the CRP’s reporting (CRP’s reporting dashboard) can be accessed by clicking on Reporting - CRP. 

The CRP reporting dashboard will open. The CRP reporting structure of MEL reflects those of the CGIAR Research Programs implementing it, featuring:

• Flagships (1): 1^st level of management. It displays the list of flagships you are responsible of. This section is visible only to flagship’s leaders/co-leaders.
• Clusters (2): 2^nd level of management. Displays the list of clusters you are responsible of. This section is visible only to cluster’s leaders/co-leaders.
• Activity/Product (3): 3^rd level of management. Displays the list of activities/products you are responsible of. This section is visible only to activity/product's leaders/co-leaders.
• Innovations (4): Displays the list of innovations you have added and an option to add new innovations (4.1).
• Output (5): 4^th level of management. Displays the list of outputs you are responsible of. This section is visible only to output leaders/co-leaders, collaborating scientists, deliverable responsible.
• CapDev (6): Capacity development related reports such as Training, workshops, etc... gathered under CapDev with an option to add a new capacity development activity (6.1).

The MEL reporting structure is mirrored in the planning section. The reporting should be done with the following order:

1. Output & Deliverable Reporting.
2. Activity/Product Reporting.
3. Cluster Reporting.
4. Flagship Reporting.
5. CapDev Reporting.
