CRP Output Reporting

The CRP output reporting is accessed from Reporting - CRP - Output. To report an output, click on “Overall Output Reporting" (1) button on the top-right of the page. Only the output leader and co-leader can access the overall output reporting, and this can be done once all the planned deliverables for the specific output are reported. 

The overall output reporting page will open where you can submit new report (1) or check the previously submitted ones (2).

Add New :

Click on “Add New” (1) to submit a new output report.

The output reporting page will open.

Fill in the required information: Remember that all the fields with asterisk are mandatory

Report year *(1): Select the output reporting year and specify the reporting period 6 months report /12 months report.

Main Achievements * (2): Describe the output’s main achievements.

OECD Markers Relevance (3): Select the OECD Markers Relevance: 

  • Gender (a).
  • Youth (b).
  • Capacity Development (c).

Note that if one of the selected markers is higher than 0, an extra line for the selected one will unfold to be filled

Main Gap Analysis * (4): Add the main gap analysis.

Measures taken and Adjustments proposed * (5): Explain the measures taken and proposed adjustments.

Main Achievements and Challenges related to Partnerships Management * (6): Describe the main achievements and challenges related to partnerships management.

Overall Status of the Output * (7): Specify the output status.

  • Ongoing (a): Choose this option if the status of your output is ongoing.
  • Completed (b): Choose this option if the status of your output is completed. Note that you cannot mark the overall completion of this output unless you upload all the deliverables in the output period or you mark them as uncompleted. You may adjust the progress for the year and complete the output in the next year
  • Postponed (c): Choose this option if you want to postpone an output. A new line will open. Specify the reason for postponing (1) and select the new output start and end dates (2). Once done click on “Save as Draft”/ “Submit reporting”

  • Canceled (d): Choose this option if you want to cancel the output. Remember that you cannot cancel this output unless you submit all reports.

Once done click on “Save as Draft” (8) if you want to save it as draft for later on submission or click on “Submit” (9) to submit the report.

The submitted reports (2) will appear in the output summary report page.

Manage Submitted Output Reports:

Each submitted report (2) has the following information:

  • ID (a): The ID of the report displayed.
  • Submitted by (b): The name of the user who submitted the report.
  • Submission date (c): The date of submission.
  • Modified by (d): The name of the user who modified the report.
  • Status (e): The status of the report whether it is draft of submitted.
  • Year (f): Displays the report submission year.
  • Type (g): Displays the report type as six- or 12-months report.
  • Actions (h): Has a set of action buttons depending on the role of the user:
    • View details (i): You can view the report once it is approved by the output leader.
    • Approve/Reject/View details (j): These buttons are visible to activity leaders only where you will have the authorization to approve or reject the submitted output reports.

Note that if you are the activity leader you will have a notification that you have pending reports to be approved (1) in the output reporting page. You can approve it by clicking on “Overall output reporting” (2) button and approve the submitted reports as previously mentioned (j).
