Content Comparison

Several filter options are available: 

Approved statues:

1. Approved and modified: The filter shows the CapDev. activities that have been approved already and modified by a user requiring a second/view approval in the workflow to sync the repository.
2. First approve: The filter shows the CapDev. activities not approved yet.
3. All: Both “Approved and modified” and “First approval”. This is the default statues of the page.

1. All items: The filter shows all the CapDev. activities in this workflow.
2. My items: The filter shows all the CapDev. activities to approve without the files your Capdev. activities you assigned to other others or others assigned to you.
3. Items assigned to others: The filter shows all the CapDev. activities you assigned to other others to approve.
4. Items assigned to me: The filter shows all the CapDev. activities assigned to you to approve.

• Workflow Title: It shows the responsible center. In this case it is ICARDA.
• Item ID: It shows the ID of the item uploadedCapdev. activity submitted.
• Subject: it shows the subject of the CapDev. activity submitted.
• Item Type: It shows the type of the item Capdev. activity uploaded, for example, journal articleworkshop training.
• Supervisor: It shows supervisor of the CapDev. activity.
• Actions: It consists of the following:
  • Approve.
  • Reject.
  • Revision Requested.
  • Assign
  • Go To.
  • Start Discussion.
