Approvals

The user may have been entitled with managing an internal workflow for the approval of items reported in activity/product output deliverables and/or project output deliverables. All the items requiring the user's approval, edit or rejection will be listed here.

To visualize the approvals, move the cursor on the top bar and position it on “Approvals”.


The approvals page will open with 3 main approval sections:

  • Reported document and data “1”: For all reported files in general (e.g. journal articles, books, book chapters, datasets, reports).
  • Blogs and Outcome stories “2”: For all blogs and outcome stories
  • Capacity Development activities “3”: For all files related to capacity development activities such as training, workshops, meetings, students, interns.

Note that the if you have items to approve the bar for the corresponding type (Report, Stories, CapDev) will be already expanded. If the three bars are all collapsed, it means that you have nothing to approve.

To expand each bar, click on the arrow up in each bar.
