The “Location” is the third step in the project's editing section. The user can provide data on the geographical areas targeted by the project, defining:
- Country(ies)
- Specific Location
- Budget Share(s) (the total sum must be 100%)
The user can add several countries by clicking on "Add Country".

Select from the “Project Scope” (1) drop down list the desired scope. Choose one of the three available options:
- National (2)
- Regional (3)
- Global (4)
National Scope
If the “National Scope” (1) is selected, you will have to add the following:
- Select the country from “Country Scope” (2) drop down list.
- Add the “Budget Share %” (3). The total budget share should be 100%.
- Click on “+” (4) if you want to add another country scope.
- Click on “Get Subnational Scope” (5) and add the country, province and district.
- Click on “+” to add another Subnational Scope.
- Click on “Save and Continue” to proceed to "Media", or go "Back" to "Objectives and Targets".
Regional Scope
If the “Regional Scope” (1) is selected, you will have to add the following:
- Select the “Region” (2).
- Add the “Budget Share %” (3). The total budget share should be 100%.
- Click on “+” (4) if you want to add another region.
- Click on “Get national Scope” (5), the countries of the selected region will be listed, you can select the requested countries from the list and delete the rest.
- Click on “Get Subnational Scope” (6) and add the country, province and district for each country.
- Click on “+” to add another Subnational Scope.
- Click on “Save and Continue” to proceed to "Media", or go "Back" to "Objectives and Targets".
Global Scope
Click on “Global Scope” (1) and click on “Save and Continue” to proceed the editing in to "Media", or go "Back" to "Objectives and Targets".
