To edit a edit or upload a report, open the “Donor' Reports Report” ” section, then move then move the cursor in the “Actions” column of the desired desired report and click on “Edit”. It is now possible to edit all information previously inserted:
- Report*
- Is the Report Public?*
- Type*
- Report Name*
- Start Date*
- End Date*
- Remarks
and click on “Edit/Upload” (1).
Remember that, in order to upload a report, the creation of a reporting item by following the "Add Report" steps is required.
From this window (2), it is now possible to view/upload a report file (3) by clicking on the corresponding button and/or edit the following information (4):
- Report is public (If yes, mark the check box)
- Report Type*
- Report Name*
- Start Date*
- End Date*
- Due Date*
- Donor(s)*
- Remarks
Donor(s)* is a non-editable field when only one donor is involved.
By clicking on the “View/Upload file" (3) button, the user will access to a new web page part of the Reporting section. Further instructions are provided under the “Project Deliverable Reportings” pages.
Once the edit is complete, click on “Save Changes”.
Remember that all the fields with asterisk are mandatory.
