In the “Key Documents” section this step, the user can provide programmatic files on the project.
The page is divided to 5 sections:
- Proposal
- Proposal Amendments
- Donor Agreements/Contract
- Donor Agreements/Contract Amendments
- Workplan
- Logical Framework
- Logical Framework Amendments
- Procurement Documents

Proposal
Add the project proposal (1) if available:
- Click on “Upload” (2) button to upload the desired file, or choose one of the other two options available (3) & (4).
Once the file is uploaded:
- Click on “View file” (5) to view the uploaded file or click on “Delete file” (6) to delete it.
- Tick the box next to "is public" (7) if you want the file to be viewed on the project’s website page.
To upload the proposal amendment:
- Click on “+” (8) next to proposal amendment(s) and upload the desired file.
Donor Agreement/Contract
Add the donor agreement/contract (1) if available:
- Click on “Upload” (2) button to upload the desired file.
- Add the project start and end dates.
Once the file is uploaded:
- Click on “View file” (3) to view the uploaded file or click on “Delete file” (4) to delete it. check the project’s start and end dates (5)
- Tick the box next to "is public" (6) if you want the file to be viewed on the project’s website page
To upload the donor amendment:
- Click on “+” (7) next to donor amendment(s) and upload the desired file.
Note that agreement amendment section will be available only when the agreement is uploaded.
Work Plan
Add the project work plan (1) if available:
- Click on “Upload” (2) button to upload the desired file.
- Add the work plan start and end dates (3), or choose or of the other two options available (4) & (5).
If the project is extended, to add another work plan, click on “+” (6) and fill in the requested data
Logical Framework
Add the project logical framework (1) if available:
- Click on “Upload” (2) button to upload the desired file, or choose or of the other two options available (3) & (4).
Additional Key Document(s)
Add any additional key documents by clicking on “+” (2) or click on “Save and Continue” to proceed to "Center Strategic Objectives and Research Phases", or go "Back" to "Media".
