- ID (1): It shows the ID of the registration request.
- Name (2): It shows the name of the registered user.
- Email (3): It shows the Email address of the registered user.
- Organization (4): It shows the organization of the registered user.
- Register date (5): It shows the registered user’s date of submission.
- Register Source (6): It specifies through which source the registered user has submitted his registration. The registered users can submit their requests via INDMS, SLM and MEL.
- Status (7): It shows the status of the request whether it is viewed, approved or rejected.

Click on “Existing Partner” (2).
Double check if the correct name of the user’s organization is listed in MEL or not by adding the name in “Organization” box. If yes, select it and click on “Submit”.
Click on “Accept” to accept the registration request.
A confirmation message will appear. Click on “Ok” to confirm or “Cancel” to stop the operation.

Click on “Reject” to reject the registration request.
A new window will open. Explain the reason of rejection (1) and click on “Reject” (2).
An automatic email will be sent to the requesters informing them that their request is rejected and explaining the reason of the rejection.

Click on “Delete” to delete the registration requests.
A confirmation message will appear. Click on “Ok” to confirm or “Cancel” to stop the operation.
The user's request will be deleted from the system without sending a notification email to the requester.
