“CRP/Center/Donor” filter will look into CRPs, Strategic frameworks and donors. It is possible to select PRIMA in this filter.
“Flagship/Level n/SRIA” filter will look into CRPs, Strategic frameworks and donors. When CRP/Center/Donor filter is set to PRIMA, it is possible to select SRIA from this filter.
“Cluster/Level n-1/Thematic Area”, filter will look into CRPs, Strategic frameworks and donors. When the previous filter is selected as SRIA, this filter will show the thematic areas in a drop-down menu.
“Product/Level n-2/Priority Area” filter is under “Advanced Filters”, this filter will look into CRPs, Strategic frameworks and donors. When the previous filter is selected, this filter will show the priority areas depending on the thematic area selected. If the thematic area is nexus, this filter will not show any item since Nexus does not have a Priority Area.
PRIMA regions filter is under “Advanced Filters”, this filter will look into project and CapDev countries as PRIMA EU countries and PRIMA non-EU countries.
Project section filter is under “Advanced Filters”, this filter will look into projects sections 1 or 2.
Project Type of Action filter is under “Advanced Filters”, this filter will look into projects type of actions.
Project Funding cycle filter is under “Advanced Filters”, this filter will look into projects funding cycles.
After selecting the donor as PRIMA, the filters "Product/Level n-2/Priority Area", "PRIMA regions", "Project section", "Project Type of Action" and "Project Funding cycle" filters appear.
After selecting the filters, click on the “Get POWB” button, and then “Export” button.
MEL will ask to download an Excel file:
Click on “Download” and then open the file.
The export has four tabs:
· Projects Del POWB
· CapDev POWB
· Proejcts Summary
· Projects Outcomes
The button “Deliverables Chart” opens the numbers of different deliverable types.
The Capacity Development & Knowledge Sharing Chart” button opens a chart graph of CapDev activities.
Clicking on the items on the top right eliminates that classification and re-constructs the graph.
