The user can mark a deliverable as:
• Completed: To finalize the reporting process.
• Uncompleted: To reschedule or cancel a deliverable.
Completed Deliverables:
If all the items are reported for the desired deliverable (1) , the user can mark that deliverable as completed by clicking on “Mark as completed” (2)
Note that you can not mark a deliverable as completed if there is not any item uploaded under that specific deliverable.
A popup window will appear asking the user to add a brief description (1), add and click on “submit” (2) once done.
The deliverable will be tagged as completed (1).
Uncompleted Deliverables:
The user can also either cancel or reschedule unreported deliverable (1) by clicking on “Mark as uncompleted” (2).
A popup window will appear. The user has to specify the reason (1) and choose deliverable status (2) whether to be rescheduled or cancelled.
Reschedule a deliverable:
To reschedule a deliverable:
- Specify the reason (1).
- Choose “Reschedule” (2).
- Select the date from “Rescheduled Date” (3).
- Click on “Save changes”
The deliverable will be tagged as rescheduled (1) to a later on date (2).
Click on “Rescheduled” (1) to check the rescheduling history (2).
Cancel a deliverable:
To cancel a deliverable:
- Specify the reason (1).
- Choose “Cancel” (2).
- Click on “Save changes”.
The deliverable will be tagged as cancelled (1).
Click on “Cancelled” (1) to check the rescheduling history (2).
