In case you have unlisted deliverables in your research portfolio, it is possible to report them in the "Unplanned Deliverables" section by clicking on "Unplanned Deliverables" (2).
Before adding unplanned deliverables, make sure to choose the correct output from the output list.
A new window will appear similar to reporting an existing deliverable. Follow up the steps mentioned earlier to upload the deliverables.
