The "Output Reporting" module can be accessed through the output overview.

To proceed with the output reporting, select the requested output and click on  "Overall Output Reporting" button on the top-right of the page.

By clicking on "Add new" a pop-up window will open

The “Output Reporting” module is filled by the user providing the following data:

  • Main Achievements*
  • Main Gap Analysis*
  • Measures taken and Adjustments proposed*
  • Main Achievements and Challenges related to Partnerships Management*
  • Progress*
  • Status*

Once the needed information is provided, the user may either:

  • Click on  "Save as draft" in case he/she wants to return back and modify the information before the final submittion or
  • Cllck on  "Submit the report" to ultimately submit the output report
