The main list of the registration requests, their status and actions:
It is where the registration requests are listed as per the type of the filter selected. The list contains the following columns:
- ID (1): It shows the ID of the registration request.
- Name (2): It shows the name of the registered user.
- Email (3): It shows the Email address of the registered user.
- Organization (4): It shows the organization of the registered user.
- Register date (5): It shows the registered user’s date of submission.
- Register Source (6): It specifies through which source the registered user has submitted his registration. The registered users can submit their requests via INDMS, SLM and MEL.
- Status (7): It shows the status of the request whether it is viewed, approved or rejected.
- Actions (8): It consists of the following:
- View.
- Accept.
- Reject.
- Delete.
View:
Click on “View” to view the registered user submission details.
Check the submitted information and click on “close".
Based on the information submitted you may accept, reject or delete the registered user.
Accept:
To accept a registration request you have first to check the following cases:
User is new but the organization is registered in MEL:
In this case both “Add partners” & “Existing Partner” options will not be available under the organization section.
It is good also to do first some checking as the user name might be already listed in MEL with some minor difference in the way the name is written (e.g. Al-Shahed vs El-Shahed).
If all the information is correct. Approve the user.
User new and organization new:
