- Output Responsible (1.1.1): it is possible to type in the text box or select from the drop-down list the name of the responsible for the output.
- Output Co-Responsible (1.1.2): by typing in the text box or selecting from the drop-down list the name of the co-responsible for the output. Note that the co-responsible has full access to the output and is able to make changes.
- Output Name (1.1.3): the name of the output should be worded to describe a positive and accomplished action (e.g. enhanced, achieved, promoted).
- Indicator Type (1.1.4): to be selected among the available options (Frameworks and concepts, Knowledge, Data, Tool, Value Chain assessment, Agro-Ecosystem analyzed/characterized, Innovation Platform, Technologies and practices, Policy analysis). By hovering over these options, it is possible to visualize their definition from the Glossary. Remember to pay attention to the selection of the (output) indicator type, as the choice will influence the kind of information asked for the Annual Reporting (AR). For each indicator chosen there will be a corresponding sub-menu that is possible to edit by clicking on the “Edit AR Indicator” under “Actions”.
- Start Date (1.1.5) and End Date (1.1.6): they depend on the work plan and they should reflect the overall period of work on each specific output.
- Collaborating Scientists (1.1.7): in this field it is possible to add the name(s) of the team member(s) working at and/or involved in the output.
