The "Output Reporting" section is accessed through the Reporting Dashboard by going through  ReportingCRP To proceed with the output reporting, select the requested output and click on "Report". through Reporting – CRP.

Only the output leader and co-leader can access the overall output reporting, and this can be done once all the planned deliverables for the specific output are reported.

Then click on  "Overall Output Reporting" button on the top-right of the page.

Provide the following data: 

  • Main Achievements*
  • OECD Markers Relevance: By selecting one or all of these markers an extra lines will unfold to be filled. colored here in blue, red and green.
    • Gender
    • Youth
    • Capacity Development
  • Main Gap Analysis*
  • Measures taken and Adjustments proposed*
  • Main Achievements and Challenges related to Partnerships Management*
  • Progress*
  • Status*

Once all the information is provided, the user may either:

Click on “Save as draft" in case the report is not finalized yet.

The CRP reporting dashboard will open.

Click on “Output” (1) to unfold the related list of activities to be reported.

Image AddedYou can fold and unfold a section by clicking on the arrow (1) next to each section.

Select the desired Output (1) and click on "Report" (2) button.

The output reporting page will open divided to the following sections:

  • Output Reporting (1): The name of the output’s activity is displayed as a link (2).
  • Deliverables (3): List of deliverables are displayed. For more information see Add Deliverables.
  • See Indicators (4): To see the output indicators if available.
  • Unplanned deliverables (5): To add unplanned deliverables. For more information see Add Unplanned Deliverables.
  • Overall output reporting (6): To submit the overall output reporting.
