The "Output Reporting" section is accessed through the Reporting Dashboard by going through Reporting – CRP.
Only the output leader and co-leader can access the overall output reporting, and this can be done once all the planned deliverables for the specific output are reported.
The CRP reporting dashboard will open.
Click on “Output” (1) to unfold the related list of activities to be reported.
You can fold and unfold a section by clicking on the arrow (1) next to each section.
Select the desired Output (1) and click on "Report" (2) button.
The output reporting page will open divided to the following sections:
- Output Reporting (1): The name of the output’s activity is displayed as a link (2).
- Deliverables (3): List of deliverables are displayed. For more information see Add Deliverables.
- See Indicators (4): To see the output indicators if available.
- Unplanned deliverables (5): To add unplanned deliverables. For more information see Add Unplanned Deliverables.
- Overall output reporting (6): To submit the overall output reporting.
