7. IA management eReport Review Tab for ABS reviewers

After SMO clicks on the button “submit a review to ABS” button, after adding their grading and comments, this will start the workflow of the ABS Reviewer user. ABS Reviewer can select all the organizations and all the years to filter the information seen in this review page. However, the comment boxes for each sub-section are not available for ABS Reviewer to write any comments.

The workflow of the ABS reviewer will be in the 3rd section. The table shows the “review status”; when it shows IT/MLS as the last flow, it means this item is in the workflow of the ABS Reviewer.

Upon clicking on “Review” a new window opens with the history of the review flow among different users. Below, there are four comment boxes:

  • Internal comments for ABS Reviewer

  • Justification

  • MLS/ARS

  • Evaluation

ABS Reviewer can either save the written information as a draft or if ready, send the review back to SMO. If ABS Reviewer selects “Submit to SMO”, then the workflow of ABS Reviewer finishes. If ABS Reviewer clicks again the button “Review” there will not be any action to take, as the item will have moved along the workflow back to the SO. There will be a visible flow history of the reported item.
