11. Filtered view options

MEL IA Reporting tool has three different filtering & viewing options.

11.1.            Year filtering

In the “Overview” tab, the first filter is available for all the user types. It is possible to set a year and see the report of that specific year or choose multiple years. There is also a check box that will automatically select all the years when ticked.

11.2.            Organization filtering

Center IP Focal Point will see only her/his organization in the filter since this user is responsible for one organization’s reporting. While SMO, ABS and SCIPG Reviewers can see and select a specific center to review their reports. It is also possible to select multiple organizations and see their reports.

11.3.            “Show below the items requiring my attention” filter

Under the overview tab, the check box “Show below only the items requiring my attention” has the role of a filter that shows the items in section 3 that are only under the user’s role.

In this example, the SMO user sees the items that are within his review workflow.

11.4.            Filtering in section 1.5.a, on the title, type of filing-1 and status

In the “Overview” tab, the filter for section 1.5.a allows filtering elements depending on their short title, type of filing and status.

11.5.            Section 3: Filtering to show unique entries and review grades

The “Overview” tab for section 3 shows a tick-box to see the unique entries only so that the identical items will not be shown. On the left, it is possible to see the items depending on their review grade. Depending on the preference, clicking the “All” button will show all entries, “Not graded” will show the entries that were not graded by the SMO yet. The other three categories are “Pending”, “Unsatisfactory” and “Satisfactory”.
