9. Speech Bubbles
In section 1 and 2 sub-sections, the chat bubbles can be used to add comments. It is possible to select the user type by ticking boxes. The comment boxes are also replaced in section headings, in case there is higher-level feedback on a section rather than a specific subsection. Comments in speech bubbles are also accessible to a Center's authorized users only.
