First Access

All users accessing for the first time the new Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning platform shall request a new password as if it was forgotten.

Provide a valid email address for the password reset procedure and click "Submit".

After requesting the password reset, please look up your mailbox and its spam folder for the MEL system communication. The system will automatically generate a link for the user to set a new password. You can either click on "Confirm" or copy the provided link and paste it in your browser.

Add the new password and confirm.

Note:  If you receive the message "The password reset link has expired!", after accessing the reset password link from the email sent from MEL, this means you have already used this link to set a password. If this is not the case please make sure you are accessing the link from the last email sent to you. If the issue persists try to request a new password again or contact MEL-Support.

Once the new password is set, you will be logged automatically to your account in MEL. If by any chance  you logout, you have to enter the new credentials in the login page and click on "Login".
