Cluster Report

The “Cluster Report” section can be accessed through the Reporting Dashboard by goiing through Reporting - CRP - Reporting Dashboard. Only the cluster leader and co-leader can access the cluster reporting, and this can be done once all the activities/poducts of a desired cluster is reported.

Select the desired cluster and click on "Reporting" bottun.

The cluster reporting page will open.

By clicking on “see product and project reports”

The user will be able to see the activity/product reports, activity/product output reports, and the project reports mapped to this specific cluster and prepare the cluster report accordingly.

And then provide the following data:

Main Achievements*
Main Achievements with specific gender relevance*
Main Achievements with specific capacity development relevance°
Main Gap Analysis*
Measures taken and Adjustments proposed*
Main Achievements and Challenges related to Partnerships Management*
Fund Raising*

Once the needed information is provided, the user may either:

Click on “Save as draft" in case the report is not finalized yet.
Cllck on "Submit reporting" to ultimately submit the output report

The user can be also overview the following knowledge to better inform the cluster report:

Cluster Related files/links: The user can upload the cluster's related reports by clicking on "See/upload report"

Cluster Indicators: The user can view the indicaters associated to this specific Cluster
