Policy contribution
The Policy contribution reporting module is accessible to all the users and its aim is to collect information on contributions made by projects that resulted in changes in the design and/or the implementation of policies/ strategies/ laws/ regulations/ budgets/ investments/ curricula (and similar) at different scales (international to local).

To report a new policy contribution, click on the menu - Knowledge Sharing, sub-menu - Packs, Policy, Outcome Impact Case Reports & Blogs.
In the "Policy Contribution" section, on the left corner, click on the "Add New" button to start the reporting.
The form below will open. The information to be provided is presented in the screenshots. All the fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
User may add references by filling the two fields - Citation and Link - or by selecting files uploaded in MELSpace.
The user may:
Save the policy contribution as draft and complete the form later, the policy contribution will appear in the "Policy Contribution" section. Different Actions button will be available depending on the user rights.
Submit the policy contribution for review. This action will allow the selected reviewer to make edits in the form prepared by the user.
Submitted the policy contribution for publication. This action will start the workflow that will end up with the approval and the online publication of the policy contribution.
