Project General Information

The first step of the edit project section. The general information page is divided to four parts:

  • Project information (1).
  • Period of implementation (2).
  • Donor(s) (3).
  • CRP mapping (4).

Project information

  • Add “Project Name” (1).
  • Select the “Implementer” (2) from the drop-down list or add as a new partner by clicking on “+”.
  • Select the “Project Manager” (3) from the drop-down list or add as new user by clicking on “+”.
  • Select the “Project Co-Manager” (4) from the drop-down list or add as new user by clicking on “+”.
  • Select the “Project Status” (5), is it a Proposal, approved (No BC/BUS provided) or Ongoing ?

Period of implementation

Add the project “Start” (1) and “End” (2) date.

Some project might be extended as per the agreement between the donor and implementer.

To add the extension period:

  • Click on “Extend project” (1), another line will be added.
  • Add the “Extend Date” (2) and specify whether any additional costs should be included (3).

Donor(s)

  • Specify the “Donor(s)” (1) from the drop-down list or add a new donor by clicking on “+”.
  • Add the “Contact” (2) person.
  • Specify if the donor should be viewed publicly in the project view page (3).
  • Add the “Agreement ID” (4).
  • Add the project total budget (5).
  • Specify the donation type (6).

Sometimes the project donation comes via another partner or center (7). Click on “No” (8) if it is not or click on “yes” (9) and fill the requested information as mentioned above (1-6).

There are some cases where the project is funded by more than one donor.

To add extra donor:

  • Click on “Add extra donor row” (1), another line will open with a set of requested information.
  • Fill in the requested information.

CRP mapping

This section specifies CRP project mapping.

  • Specify if the project is mapped to Non-CRP (1) and click on “Save and Continue” to proceed to the second step. Or
  • Specify the CRP (2) by clicking on “Add New” (3). Add “crp”, “Flagship”, “Cluster” (4) and click on “Save and Continue” to proceed to the second step of the edit project section "Objectives and Targets".
