The MEL Deliverable ID, title of the deliverable, name of the user uploading the record, file information, type of deliverable, last edit details (user and date), submission status, and available actions can be seen after saving the deliverable as draft or submitting the metadata information.

  • ID:  The item ID in MEL.

  • Title: The title of the uploaded item.

  • Uploaded by: The name of the user who has uploaded the item.

  • File: The status of the file uploaded (if limited access or open access, approved or not approved, if it can be downloaded or not). Below is the meaning of the icons.

  • Type: The type of uploaded item (e.g., journal article, report, video).

  • Last edit by: The name of the last user who edited the item.

  • Last edit on: The latest date the item was edited.
