Output & Deliverables Reporting

The output reporting is the first step of the CRP's reporting process. It is accessed through the Reporting Dashboard by going through Reporting – CRP. Only the output leader and co-leader can access the overall output reporting, and this can be done once all the planned deliverables for the specific output are reported. 

The CRP reporting dashboard will open.

Click on “Output” (1) to unfold the related list of activities to be reported.

You can fold/unfold a section by clicking on the arrow (1) next to each section.

The “Output” section provides the user with an overview of the output deliverable defined for the project, arranged by year. Select the desired Output (1) and click on "Report" (2) button.

The output reporting page will open divided to the following sections:

• Output Reporting (1): The name of the output’s activity is displayed as a link (2).
• Deliverables (3): A list of planned deliverables for the desired output are arranged by year. to report a deliverable click on CRP Deliverable Reporting.
• See Indicators (4): To see the output indicators if available.
• Unplanned deliverables (5): To add an unlisted deliverable click on CRP Unplanned Deliverables.
• Overall output reporting (6): To report an overall output click on Overall output reporting.
