Reporting

This section will only be open after the “Planning” information is approved by the PO.

 Please note that after the project “Planning” information was submitted and approved by the PO, it will not be possible to edit “Planning” information that is reached under the “Manage” button, including the Work Packages, Deliverables, Tasks, Milestones, Risks and Outcomes. 

Nevertheless, even after the PO approves the “Edit” and “Manage” sections, the PO can click on the “Amend” button, enabling that project planning information will be open to modifications again. After making modifications, the “Planning” section should be again submitted for the revision of the PRIMA Officer.

There are two periodic reports per project. The first periodic report covers half of the project and the second periodic report covers the whole project period. The dates are automatically calculated. If half of the project is a day within a month, the system automatically adds up to the end day of that month. 

The “Reporting” section can be reached from the “Manage” section by clicking on the “Donor Reports” tab. Once clicked, there is a button to add a new report and a list of existing reports that have been created. Click on the “Edit/View” button and MEL will direct you to a page where there are the details of the report. In the “Reporting” module, there are the following tabs;

  • Summary form

  • Deliverables

  • Milestones

  • Ethical Issues

  • Risks

  • Publications and Outreach

  • Dissemination and communication activities

  • Intellectual property rights resulting from the project, and

  • Staff

Please click on the “Save as Draft” button to be able to click on these tabs.

The chat bubble symbols on the left are to write some comments on that specific section. It is possible to choose if the comment is only for the project coordinators, or they will be visible to PRIMA Officer. On the left side of each tab, some signs show the status of if it is completed or not. For example, if there is a tick on the right of the “Deliverables” tab, it means all deliverables under that periodic report have been reported. The point symbol shows that there is not an entry for reporting for that tab. While, the loading symbol (the circle with small dots) shows that there are entries done, but not all items’ reporting has been completed.
