Summary Form
The first part of the “Summary Form” is not editable and it is only to view the information that was entered in the “Edit” section. In the summary form, it is possible to see the grant agreement number, project acronym and the start date of the project that will come directly from the “Edit” section. The period covered by the project is the calculation of the project period depending on the dates entered in the “Edit” section. “Date of submission of the periodic report” shows the date that the report is last saved as a draft or submitted. The periodic report will show the number of the report. The project website address is the address that is entered in the “Media” step under the “Edit section”.

In the next part of the page, you will see the reporting cycle section. It is required that you select the reporting cycle and you upload an overall report.

After scrolling down, There are three explanatory rich text boxes, where it is possible to edit formatted text, images, tables, or other content. Here, each text box is limited with a maximum of 300 words These three boxes are also mandatory to save or submit the report.
