Project Output Delete
Delete action for the outputs is active only for MEL Admin, CRP Admin and Center Admin without any restrictions.
Only the output leader and co-leader may delete the output and to do so they have to:
- Go in the reporting section.
- Choose the output to be deleted and click on "report".
- Click on "overall output reporting" and then click on "add new".
- In the overall statues of output section, click on "cancel", provide a rationale justification for the deletion of the output and submit the report.
- The output will be deactivated when the report is approved by the Project leader.
This means that if an output report where the radio button Cancel has been selected is approved, the actions button in the planning section of the output will be view-only.
