Media

Through this section, all the projects of PRIMA can have an open page visible for everybody. In the “Media” section, this is automatically activated if the project is imported. As a result, MEL will generate a link. If there is already a defined acronym for the project, MEL will create the link with this defined acronym. The domain of the link is stable, while the acronym can be changed in the link. If there is not an acronym defined for the project name before, then the previously generated project ID will be added to the domain.

Once clicked on “Select from the library, a window will open. Click on “Add New” and a new window will appear with mandatory and optional sections to fill. To add an image, first, click “Manage Files”.

There is another button called “My media library”, which is for the previous files that you have uploaded. If you have not uploaded a file before, you should use the button "Add New" to add a file. After adding a file, you will be able to see that file after clicking on “My media library”.

While adding a file, you will be directed to a page where you will need to enter metadata information about the image. To facilitate this metadata form, we have developed the “Magic Wand” button, which takes the information from the “Planning” section and fills the boxes of information with this information. The magic wand button on the top of the page auto-fills all available information from the “Planning” section.

After saving changes, you will be back in the media section. It is possible to add social media links or more references like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, and LinkedIn links of the project. The information that you enter in the “Display as” box is only relevant if you enter an extra website. And will later be shown in the “Manage> Project Information” section.
